- Manage client projects and accounts from initiation to handover
- Coordinate delivery teams and manage timelines, scope, quality, and client expectations
- Lead client meetings, status updates, follow-ups, and escalations
- Identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes
- Resolve complex situations between clients and delivery teams
Що очікуємо
- Experience as a PM, Delivery PM in IT outsourcing/outstaffing
- Technical background through hands-on experience in development, QA, business analysis, system analysis, or a related area, and/or relevant technical education
- Experience independently managing projects and taking responsibility for delivery outcomes
- Experience managing project teams
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with distributed remote teams
- Experience in discovery, pre-sale, or estimation
- Experience with SLA and service delivery
- Basic understanding of software architecture, integrations, and technical constraints
- Experience with BPMN or UML
