Що робити
- Define and drive the project’s technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices
- Lead architecture design and high-level technical decisions across two client instances with a shared codebase
- Conduct thorough impact analysis for all proposed changes to ensure system stability, scalability, and data integrity
- Drive technical excellence across the team by enforcing code quality, security standards, and performance optimization practices
- Collaborate with developers, DB engineer, QA, BAs, and tech writer to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of experience leading product development delivery teams preferably cloud-based SaaS applications and services
- Strong and detailed knowledge of and experience with modern technology, .NET Stack, Angular, cloud computing, DevOps, continuous integration, and Agile development methodologies
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with all functions at all levels of the organization
- Work experience that demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
