Що робити
- Lead technical discussions with the client’s innovation team, together with our Managing Director
- Translate operational problems in maintenance and logistics into concrete AI use cases
- Design the architecture of GenAI solutions: advanced RAG, AI agents, document and data processing
- Choose the right approach: custom development, Azure AI or Microsoft low-code (Copilot Studio, Power Platform)
- Lead a small team of engineers and take solutions to production
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of software engineering, including at least 2 years building LLM-based solutions
- At least one GenAI solution in production with real users, not only a prototype
- Advanced RAG: hybrid search, reranking, chunking strategies, permissions, evaluation (e.g. RAGAS, Langfuse)
- AI agents and tool calling (e.g. LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or similar)
- Strong Python
Що пропонуємо
- Fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA) or self-hosted open-source LLMs (vLLM, Ollama)
- Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, AI Builder
- Angular / TypeScript
- Industrial or OT data: time series, sensor data
- Experience in maintenance, asset management, energy, logistics or supply chain
