Що робити
- Lead and develop the recruitment team (recruiters / sourcers): task setting, prioritization, quality and deadline control
- Own full-cycle recruitment across key iGaming functions (Marketing, Affiliate, Product, Tech, Operations, Payments, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers and top management on hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Ensure strong role intake, accurate calibration, and end-to-end hiring support up to onboarding
- Track and improve recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, funnel efficiency, offer acceptance, quality of hire)
Що очікуємо
- 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, including a Team Lead / Recruitment Lead / Senior Recruiter role
- Proven hiring experience in iGaming / Gambling / Digital or IT product companies
- Ability to manage complex and high-volume hiring simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming talent market
- Data-driven mindset (metrics, funnels, analytics)
