- Full understanding of the project's architecture and the peculiarities of testing/interacting with each component.
- Implementing the company's testing policies on the project.
- Hiring new employees, providing training and mentoring, creating individual development plans.
- Full understanding of the development/testing process and their optimization.
- Responsibility for the quality of the delivered artifact to the end consumer, making decisions of deployment to production.
Що очікуємо
- At least 1 year of experience as a QA Team Lead
- At least 5 years of experience in QA.
- Mobile application testing experience.
- Ability to independently solve problems, initiate necessary procedures and accompany tasks to completion.
- Experience in using testing documentation and understanding its purpose and when it is used.
