Що робити
- Regularly audit both existing and new partners;
- Monitor partners’ KPI performance and ensure target achievement;
- Reactivate inactive or underperforming partners;
- Develop and implement a strategy for the European region together with the Head of Affiliates and CMO;
- Prepare regular reports: daily, weekly, and monthly;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the betting/gambling industry;
- 2+ years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager or Team Lead of Affiliates;
- Proven experience working with international markets;
- Strong understanding of affiliate metrics and the ability to analyze traffic quality;
- Successful experience in scaling affiliate marketing results;
