Що робити
- Strategy & Management: Build and lead the UA / Media Buying function, manage the team (goals, development, and performance), and oversee media planning and forecasting.
- Media Buying & Scaling: Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and other paid channels.
- Test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and hypotheses.
- Analytics & Metrics: Analyze CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, and LTV across cohorts, funnels, and offers.
- Meet growth and profitability targets.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying / User Acquisition.
- Experience managing a Media Buying / UA team, or a senior-level specialist ready to transition into team management.
- Experience working with e-commerce / D2C brands.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads and a solid understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Proven experience independently launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns.
