What You’ll Be Doing
Leading & Mentoring: Managing, coaching, and setting clear KPIs for our Affiliate Support Specialists.
Process Building: Developing, updating, and optimizing internal support workflows, SLAs, and guidelines.
Technical Onboarding: Overseeing tracking, links, postbacks, and partner account configurations.
Traffic Quality & Security: Monitoring stats, deposits, and conversions while working closely with Antifraud & Compliance to detect anomalies.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinating with Tech, Finance, Legal, and Affiliate Management teams to resolve partner queries smoothly.
Operations Scaling: Analyzing support efficiency, preparing reports, and driving process automation.
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years of experience in Affiliate Support, Affiliate Management, or Affiliate Operations (iGaming/Betting is a big plus).
1+ years in a team leadership or supervisory role (preferred).
Solid understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models, tracking platforms, and postback setups.
Strong skills in traffic analytics, conversion monitoring, and anti-fraud principles.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and building structured processes.
Fluent in English (Intermediate or higher).
