- 1+ year of proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or in a similar research-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting through social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings.
- Strong online research skills and the ability to find relevant people, companies, and information efficiently.
- Experience working with LinkedIn and familiarity with professional networking and prospecting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information.
