• Build and ship AI agent features end to end — from Node.js/TypeScript services on AWS to the interfaces used to configure, test and observe agents.
• Extend the AI agent platform — building skills, workflows, sandboxes, tools, connectors, tracing, audit and orchestration capabilities.
• Integrate and orchestrate AI providers — LLM, STT and TTS — using prompt and context engineering, tool calling, structured outputs, streaming and robust failure handling.
• Make AI quality measurable and production-ready — build evaluations, tracing and monitoring while engineering for latency, reliability, cost, privacy and security.
• Drive product discovery and ownership — challenge scope, propose solutions, bring your own ideas and stay involved after release by using quality and adoption signals to iterate.
