Що робити
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and project managers at the initial stage of the candidate search process.
- Source and engage top tech talent across the European region via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
- Post job openings on the Svitla website and various job boards.
- Work with recruiters to prioritize searches and identify relevant keywords.
- Conduct screening calls and assess candidates against role requirements occasionally.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing within an IT outsourcing/outstaffing company, recruitment agency or a product company.
- Proven track record of sourcing for a variety of senior technical roles.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferably).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
