Що робити
- Monitor payment card transactions.
- Handle chargeback and dispute cases.
- Process requests and communicate with Visa, Mastercard, and PROSTIR payment systems.
- Interact with acquiring banks and work with their administrative systems.
- Support merchants during onboarding and provide guidance on the company’s payment platform.
Що очікуємо
- At least 6 months of experience in payment operations, payment monitoring, card products, or technical payment monitoring.
- Experience working in a bank, payment service provider (PSP), processing center, or fintech company.
- Understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle and card payment processing.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (basic Excel is sufficient).
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
