- Work directly with clients to understand hiring needs.
- Gather detailed information about open positions.
- Write compelling, high-quality job descriptions.
- Publish vacancies across multiple platforms.
Що очікуємо
- At least 6 months of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, customer success, or another people-facing role.
- Strong spoken and written English (strong B2 minimum, ideally C1).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
