Overview: Intent Solutions Group is launching a Support Analyst Bootcamp for people who want to build a career in virtual event operations, enterprise video conferencing, and technical support. This program prepares trainees to support live virtual events delivered through secure enterprise video platforms used by Fortune 500 companies and global organizations. Throughout the bootcamp, you’ll gain hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration tools, live event workflows, technical troubleshooting, and real-time event support.
