Key Requirements:
At least 5+ years of experience as a BA in IT service companies (outsourcing or outstaffing)
Experience with the global market
Proficiency in English (B2 and above)
Ability to juggle multiple projects (approx.2-3 simultaneously)
Strong background in writing documentation (SRS, UC, US)
Technical knowledge (SDLC, API, etc.)

Experience with pre-sales activities.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Provide project support
Collaborate on pre-sale activities with Sales, PM, and Technical teams
Cooperate with Project Managers and Clients to define project scopes
Write and maintain project documentation (SRS, UC, US)
Participate in Scrum activities.
