How you can specifically impact the company’s development:
• task dynamics: high frequency of changes requires rapid adaptation to shifting priorities and emerging project risks • routine level: low routine most tasks involve unique problem-solving, with structured reporting and syncs being the only repetitive elements • analytical focus: moderate to high involves constant monitoring of KPIs, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making to track project health • social interaction: extremely high; intensive communication with internal cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, Finance) and external partners
Challenges for the first 3 months:
• successfully onboard the team and master the company’s key processes
• set up a regular reporting system to ensure transparency and alignment
• identify key cross-functional recurring activities lead by Strategy function and develop structured collaboration approach to the execution to ensure efficient and timely delivery
To achieve results, you will need: • at least 3 years of experience in project management, with proven success delivering business-driven, cross-functional projects • strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency drivers, and financial impact metrics
• practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• high level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset
• prior experience in business and strategy-related projects
• upper-intermediate or higher level of English
• pmp or equivalent certifications are a plus
