🎯 Role Overview:
As a Sportsbook Manager at TrueLabel, you will play a key role in launching and managing sportsbook integrations across multiple brands. You will coordinate the integration process from preparation through production launch, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, sportsbook providers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes, managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong communication, and driving initiatives through to successful completion.
⚙️ Your Tasks:
Coordinate sportsbook setup and launch across multiple brands simultaneously;
Collaborate with business owners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure integrations align with business requirements;
Track project progress, monitor task completion, and keep delivery on schedule;
Maintain and improve onboarding and launch processes;
Prepare and maintain operational and product documentation when needed;
Act as the primary point of contact between operators (clients), sportsbook providers, and internal teams;
Facilitate timely communication, information sharing, and issue resolution throughout the integration process;
Partner with the Design team on sportsbook interface and user experience improvements;
Work closely with the Development team on implementation, integration status, and post-launch support;
Consult operators on sportsbook functionality and configuration;
Provide stakeholders and clients with regular updates on integration progress and launch timelines.
👤 Our Criteria:
1+ year of experience as a Sportsbook Manager, Content Manager, or in a similar role within the iGamingindustry;
Experience coordinating multiple projects or integrations simultaneously is a strong advantage;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain close attention to detail;
A responsible and proactive approach to work;
Confidence working with clients, external partners, and cross-functional teams;
Strong written and spoken English.
