Що робити
- Develop and execute content plans across key careers social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
- Create video, photo, and written content from concept to publication
- Identify employee stories and create UGC content that showcases our people, culture, and projects
- Manage social media content calendars and coordinate content distribution across channels
- Ensure content follows the company’s Tone of Voice and visual guidelines
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in SMM, content production, or a similar role
- Portfolio showcasing your previous work
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram
- Understanding of social media analytics and key content performance metrics (Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics)
- Strong hands-on experience with short-form video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing
