• Proven track record designing math for released slot games; understanding of standard and innovative mechanics (Wilds, Free Spins, Cascades, Jackpots, etc.).
• Proficiency with simulation tools (Excel, Python, R, or proprietary tools) and RNG concepts.
• Familiarity with Java-based game server integration is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet roadmap deadlines, and communicate complex math clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
