Testomat.io is looking for an SEO & AI Search Specialist to help grow our organic traffic and improve visibility in both traditional and AI-powered search.
We're looking for someone with a strong SEO background who actively uses AI tools, enjoys experimenting with new technologies, and is interested in developing expertise in GEO/AEO.

Testomat.io is an international B2B SaaS product for QA engineers, developers, and software development teams. Our test management platform helps teams manage manual and automated testing, analytics, reporting, and integrations with development tools.
We've been on the market for over 5 years and have customers worldwide. We're a fully remote product team of around 40 people.
What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing, take ownership of SEO initiatives, and explore new opportunities in AI-powered search.
Develop and implement SEO initiatives for international markets.
Improve website performance through technical SEO, on-page optimization, content optimization, and link building.
Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
Explore GEO/AEO approaches to improve visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
Actively use AI tools for SEO research, content optimization, analysis, and workflow improvements.
Collaborate with content creators and developers on SEO tasks.
Track organic traffic, rankings, AI search visibility, and conversions.
Test new SEO hypotheses and suggest improvements.
What we're looking for
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with international websites or IT products.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
Experience implementing SEO improvements and achieving measurable results.
Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in everyday SEO work.
Understanding of GEO/AEO and emerging AI search trends.
Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, or similar tools.
Analytical thinking, independence, and a proactive approach.
English sufficient to work with international markets and technical content.
Nice to have
Experience developing SEO strategies for B2B SaaS or technical products.
Hands-on GEO/AEO experience and familiarity with AI visibility tools (Peec AI, Profound, etc.).
Experience with SEO automation using n8n, Make, AI agents, or APIs.
Knowledge of Python, MCP, or programmatic SEO.
Experience with DevTools, QA platforms, or other technical IT products.
Basic understanding of software testing and QA processes.
