Artkai is a design-driven IT outsourcing and consulting company building digital products for startups and enterprise clients worldwide. We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team on a long-term fintech project on-site in Dubai.
We welcome candidates already based in Dubai and those ready to relocate. The expected commitment is at least 12 months.
About the project
You’ll work on a large international fintech ecosystem serving millions of users across multiple regions. Its products include trading, investments, digital assets, and financial services for businesses.
The project brings together complex financial journeys, transaction flows, onboarding, and data-rich interfaces. We’re looking for a designer who can make these experiences clear and intuitive while working closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Lead design work from discovery and user journeys through prototypes and production-ready interfaces.
Design mobile and web experiences for complex financial workflows.
Conduct research and usability testing, and use the findings to improve your solutions.
Build and evolve design-system components and patterns across products.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring designs into production.
Present your work to senior stakeholders, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and navigate feedback with confidence.
Help the team evaluate new ideas, make trade-offs, and keep a clear product direction as priorities evolve.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
Hands-on experience designing fintech, banking, trading, investment, payments, crypto, or other complex financial products.
A strong portfolio showing your contribution to complex user flows and polished interfaces.
Experience designing mobile products and complex web interfaces.
Advanced Figma skills and experience building or evolving design systems.
The ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear, practical design solutions.
Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, making a persuasive case for your recommendations, and respectfully challenging ideas when needed.
The ability to work effectively when priorities change.
Readiness to work on-site in Dubai for at least 12 months.

For candidates relocating to Dubai, Artkai covers relocation travel, visa-related costs, medical insurance, and accommodation in addition to salary. Accommodation and any family-related arrangements will be discussed individually based on your circumstances.
