We’re looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer who will take creative ownership, set the design vision, and deliver outstanding user experiences for innovative products. This is your chance to work on diverse, high-profile projects and influence design culture within a growing, forward-thinking team.
What You’ll Do
Design intuitive web and mobile products from concept to delivery
Transform business requirements into user-centered experiences
Conduct UX research, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Create high-quality UI following modern design principles and scalable design systems
Build and maintain reusable Figma component libraries and design systems
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
Present design decisions to clients and stakeholders
Review implemented designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution
Contribute to improving internal design standards and workflows
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing complex web or mobile products
Expert knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems)
Excellent understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, marketplaces, AI products, or e-commerce solutions
Ability to solve complex product problems rather than simply creating attractive interfaces
Strong English communication skills (B2+)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of design decisions
Nice to Have
Experience working in an agency or startup environment
Understanding of front-end technologies and developer handoff
Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
Experience conducting usability testing
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
AI-assisted design workflow experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Figma AI, etc.)
