Що робити
- Plan and conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiry.
- Work with patients, clinicians, internal stakeholders, Product, and Engineering teams to identify real user problems.
- Synthesize research findings into clear problem statements, user journeys, and actionable product decisions.
- Own the full design process from discovery and early concepts through prototyping, validation, and production-ready specifications.
- Create clear user flows, interaction states, and design documentation for engineers.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of professional Product Design / UX/UI Design experience
- 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Figma
- Proven experience personally conducting user interviews and usability testing
- Strong end-to-end product design ownership, from discovery through implementation
- 1+ year of practical experience using AI tools in design workflows
