- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex, senior, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job platforms, databases, communities, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Conduct advanced Boolean, X-Ray, and targeted candidate searches.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research across target industries, companies, locations, and candidate segments.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates for complex or hard-to-fill positions.
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn and professional sourcing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search, X-Ray search, and advanced candidate research techniques.
- Experience with talent mapping and market research.
