Що робити
- Own and manage the Sports product roadmap, including quarterly and monthly planning in Jira.
- Drive product initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis and KPI definition through delivery, launch, and post-release evaluation.
- Define market priorities across brands and GEOs, adapting product initiatives to regional customer needs and business objectives.
- Monitor and improve key product performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and translating insights into product decisions.
- Work with analytical tools and product data to evaluate feature performance, user engagement, and business impact.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in high-scale B2C/B2B digital products or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital product mechanics, promotional features, user engagement, monetization, and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience working with third-party product platforms or provider back-office systems.
- Experience launching and evaluating customer-facing promotional campaigns and product initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make product decisions based on data and business metrics.
