- Industry experience
- 5+ years of commercial experience designing slot math at a provider or studio (not an operator).
- At least 10 games released to production, ideally with titles that have performed well in the market.
- Experience across game types: classic reel slots, ways/Megaways, cluster pays, grid slots, buy features, jackpots.
- Slot mathematics
Що пропонуємо
- Programming (a big plus)
- Fluency in at least one of: Python, C++, C#, Rust, Java or Go.
- Ability to write high-performance simulation code: optimization, multithreading, handling large data volumes.
- Experience with Git, code review and testing.
- Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with tech leads: interfaces, modularity, reproducibility of results (seeds, determinism).
