- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to understand specific job requirements and team goals
- Enhance candidate experience by ensuring our recruitment process is transparent, fair, and consistent
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience working as a Recruiter
- 1+years of experience in iGaming industry in international markets
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and present recruitment metrics and create detailed reports
