Що робити
- Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer for technical roles.
- Independently source candidates across platforms.
- Guide candidates through each stage: feedback, communication, and job offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on requirements.
- Use AI tools to optimize sourcing and outreach.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, focused on technical roles.
- Experience in sourcing candidates across Ukraine and international markets (Europe, LATAM).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
- Familiarity with ATS such as CleverStaff, PeopleForce, Hurma, or similar (CleverStaff is a plus).
- Experience creating vacancy descriptions when needed.
