- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across iGaming, affiliate marketing, media buying, operations, analytics, and support functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand business goals, hiring priorities, and market requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talents
- Conduct proactive headhunting through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, industry communities, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Evaluate candidates through structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and market benchmarking.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on iGaming/Gambling (mandatory)
- Proven track record of successfully hiring professionals in:
- SEO
- Media buying
- Traffic Arbitrage / Affiliate Marketing
