- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including executive or leadership hiring.
- Proven experience closing Senior Management, Director, Head of Department, and C-level positions.
- Strong expertise in executive search and direct sourcing.
- Experience engaging passive candidates and building long-term talent pipelines.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
