🎯 Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery within one of our key streams, working at the intersection of business, product, and execution teams. Your main mission is to build and mature delivery processes from the ground up — bringing structure, predictability, and transparency where they don’t yet exist. You will act as a partner to business stakeholders, speaking their language and translating goals into clear plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes. As the role grows, you may take on additional streams, so we’re looking for someone who can apply strong delivery fundamentals across different domains.
👤 Our Criteria:
3+ years of experience in IT/Project Management;
Proven experience building or significantly improving delivery processes (not just running existing ones);
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, and delivery governance;
Experience communicating with business stakeholders and C-level on equal footing;
Skilled in process design, KPI/metrics reporting, and performance frameworks;
Strong analytical mindset, decision-making, and problem-solving ability;
Ability to drive organizational change and support team growth;
Nice to have: exposure to design, creative, or DevOps/infrastructure teams.
⚙️ Your Tasks:
Build, document, and refine delivery processes from scratch — workflows, planning cadence, intake, prioritization, and reporting;
Plan and manage scope, priorities, timelines, and capacity across the stream;
Act as the main delivery partner to business stakeholders, aligning expectations and communicating on their level;
Drive cross-functional alignment between the stream and engineering, product, QA, and operations;
Establish data-driven decision making through KPIs, delivery metrics, and dashboards;
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, grooming, retros, demos) and adapt them to the team’s maturity;
Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery continuity;
Lead roadmap/quarterly planning and cross-team capacity coordination;
Manage communication flows and report progress, risks, and next steps to leadership.
⭐ Nice to Have:
Experience managing design/creative teams and understanding of design workflows (UX/UI, design systems, handoff to development);
Experience managing DevOps/infrastructure teams and understanding of the domain (CI/CD, releases, environments, on-call);
Track record of leading teams in either area on a process and delivery level.
💼 Our Offer:
Flexible work setup — work remotely or from the office, we focus on results, not location;
Support for a comfortable work environment — we compensate coworking expenses and EcoFlow power stations to help our team stay productive during power outages in Ukraine;
Unlimited vacation and sick leave, because we trust our people to manage their time responsibly;
Relocation support for team members who want to move;
Regular performance-based bonuses that reward individual and team impact;
Learning support — we cover 50% of professional courses and development programs;
Language & wellbeing support — we cover 50% of English classes and psychological consultations;
Career growth opportunities — we prioritize internal promotions and development;
Team culture that actually feels like one — regular gifts, company merch, and team events throughout the year;
Real impact — we are small enough for every voice to be heard and big enough to turn great ideas into action quickly.
