Що робити
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, AI/Data, QA, and other functions.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, priorities, and critical delivery issues.
- Drive alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ensure transparency through regular delivery reporting and stakeholder communication.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management/Project Delivery in a technical environment.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects.
- Strong technical background and solid understanding of software development processes.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, project planning, risk and dependency management.
