Що робити
- Own the lifecycle of payment products and initiatives across LATAM
- Define requirements and product strategy for APMs, PSPs, payment gateways, cards, bank transfers, wallets, payouts, and crypto solutions
- Evaluate build vs. buy options and potential vendors/partners
- Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, API requirements, and process flows
- Manage projects from planning through launch and go-live
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or regulated financial services
- Fluent Spanish and Portuguese are required for communication with regional partners and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of payment products, including APMs, PSPs, gateways, cards, bank transfers, wallets, settlement, and reconciliation
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects from concept to launch
