Globy is a global B2B marketplace connecting wholesale buyers, suppliers, and logistics providers across the world. Our goal is to help businesses find reliable partners and clients, evaluate credibility, and run the early stages of cross-border trade — with logistics tools built in to reduce friction from sourcing to shipping.
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the entire marketing field. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll drive acquisition, shape strategy, and work directly with product, sales, and engineering. You'll report to the founder and, as we grow, build and manage your own team.

Core skills:
Hands-on experience with SEO and GEO (including visibility in AI-driven search), Google Ads, and Meta Ads — execution, not just oversight.
Strong with web and product analytics — you find real insights that drive decisions, not just read dashboards.
Experience building GTM strategies from scratch and seeing them through to results.
Good written and spoken English — you'll write/manage copy, briefs, marketing messages.
Solid technical understanding of how web products work — enough to talk to engineers, audit tracking setups, and catch implementation issues.
You know how to scale acquisition channels and build distribution — not just optimize campaigns, but grow the whole system.

You can run multiple workstreams at once without compromising each one.
You collaborate naturally across functions — product, sales, engineering, support — and can translate between them when needed.

What you'll be working on
Own all acquisition channels — SEO, GEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and any new channels worth testing. You decide where to focus and how to spend budget.
Build and optimize landing pages and funnels — copy, layout, conversion testing, iteration.
Shape and execute GTM strategy — new features, new markets, new product lines. You build the plan and drive execution.
Run performance analysis — track what's working, cut what's not, and communicate results clearly to the founder and other stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-team delivery — sync with product, sales, engineers, and support to keep things aligned and moving.
Work with contractors and freelancers — brief them, manage deliverables, maintain quality.
Coordinate offline presence — exhibitions, trade shows, industry events. Not frequent, but fully yours to own.
Hire and grow the marketing team as the business scales.
Nice to have
Experience in B2B marketplaces, SaaS, wholesale trade, or cross-border commerce
Familiarity with logistics or supply chain as a domain
Multi-language or international SEO experience
Experience managing a small in-house team or agency relationships
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM workflows
