- Own the development of an HR Tech product within the broader ecosystem strategy;

- Lead initiatives from problem definition and solution discovery through launch and outcome evaluation;
- Develop key Employee Experience areas, including internal communications, engagement, events, recognition, rewards, and other everyday employee journeys;
- Research user needs, analyse feedback, and use the product hands-on;

- Ability to make decisions based on analytics, user feedback, and business context;
