• Own the moment that matters most. Drive the onboarding and activation experience of the new app. You’re not inheriting legacy decisions; you’re making them.
• Turn the concept into a product. Translate the defined app vision into a clear roadmap and MVP scope, working closely with the Head of Product, and make the day-to-day trade-offs between speed and quality to get it launched.
• Build on what already works. Make the most of the shared capabilities, data, and learnings from across Welltech’s apps.
• Turn hunches into proof. Design and run experiments focused on activation. You’ll always know what’s actually working, not just what feels right.
• Reimagine how content gets discovered. Define modular, quick-access experiences that go beyond long-form-only browsing and meet users where they are, not where the content library assumes they’ll be.
