Що робити

● Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for mobile and web products that supports the company’s goals.
● Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap so it reflects business priorities, user needs, and market trends. Make data-driven decisions and prioritize features accordingly.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to make sure products are developed and delivered successfully.
● User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, and use the findings to guide product decisions.
● User Experience (UX/UI): Apply UX/UI principles to create intuitive, engaging mobile experiences that work smoothly across platforms.

Що очікуємо

● 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on technology-powered products.
● Proven experience managing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android), ideally consumer apps used at scale.
● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working closely with designers to deliver user-friendly products.
● Hands-on experience with AI tools, with the ability to build at least a simple technical solution yourself (for example, a prototype, an automation, or an AI-powered feature built with no-code tools or LLM APIs).
● Led product development on complex features from the first iteration through many later ones.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and new features for a health and wellness mobile app used by millions of people worldwide.
The mandatory requirements are experience managing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android), a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, 5+ years as a Product Manager, hands-on experience with AI tools, including building simple prototypes or automations, product analytics and A/B testing, and an upper-intermediate English level.
