- Product Strategy & Ownership
- Lead discovery with clients and subject-matter experts to define product vision, scope, and priorities
- Synthesize domain research, stakeholder perspectives, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements
- Own trade-off decisions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Present and defend product direction to senior stakeholders
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of product design experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery
- Track record of defining product requirements, facilitating strategic decisions, and aligning stakeholders — not just executing on specs handed to you
- Experience designing for complex systems — enterprise platforms, regulated environments, or products with multi-layered user roles
- Demonstrated work in AI as a design domain — you’ve shipped or significantly advanced interfaces where AI is core to the user experience
- Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Midjourney, or similar) in your professional practice
