About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and work on our mobile and web products. With a strong focus on growth, experimentation, and user experience, you will help us create intuitive customer journeys, improve conversion across funnels, and build scalable design solutions that drive product performance. Together with Product Managers, Growth Managers, Marketers, and Developers, you will continuously test, iterate, and refine experiences that deliver value to both users and the business.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in mobile and web product design
Proven experience in growth design — onboarding flows, paywalls, A/B experiments, and conversion-focused UI
Portfolio with a strong focus on mobile and growth projects — we’d love to see real results, not just screens
Strong expertise in Figma — auto-layouts, components, variables, design tokens
Experience in design system creation and working with UI kits
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and human-centered design
Solid understanding of product metrics and ability to use data to drive and validate design decisions
What You’ll Do
Design mobile app screens, user-friendly and high-converting web funnels, landing pages, and promo screens
Develop visually engaging offer screens and promotional UI components
Build and maintain consistent design systems, ensuring scalability and reusability
Create clean and responsive email templates for marketing campaigns
Work closely with product managers, growth managers, marketers, and developers to iterate fast and deliver effective solutions
Support ongoing A/B testing, analyze performance, and refine designs based on user behavior and data
Design and visualize user acquisition and onboarding funnels from first touch to subscription, identifying and addressing drop-off points
Work with core product metrics (CR, CTR, ARPU, LTV, retention, churn) and translate data insights into design decisions
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT or similar) for generating visual content
Maintain high standards for visual quality, UX patterns, and cross-platform consistency
Nice to have
Experience with motion design — micro-interactions, animated onboarding, transitions (After Effects, Lottie, or Rive)
Knowledge of A/B testing and analytics tools (Amplitude)
Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS/JS)
Experience in EdTech / Wellness (Health & Fitness) / PetTech / FashionTech, or related consumer app industry
