Що робити
- Analyze A/B test results, heatmaps, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
- Conduct user testing and customer surveys to validate design decisions using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Develop AI-powered prototypes to quickly test new product ideas and design concepts.
- Build, maintain, and expand the design system to support an AI-first product development process.
- Create designs in Figma for complex UX/UI challenges that require a more hands-on approach beyond AI-generated solutions.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or/and Product Design (at a Senior level).
- Experience designing B2C e-commerce products, supported by a relevant portfolio — a must-have.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, including user research, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing.
- Experience analyzing product metrics, user behavior, and A/B test results to develop hypotheses, make informed design decisions, and measure their impact.
- A data-driven mindset and a hands-on approach to building, testing, and launching design variations.
