• Design and develop responsive Canvas Apps (mobile/tablet/desktop) following Microsoft best practices for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Build and customize Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse (tables, forms, views, business rules, command bar customizations).
• Design Dataverse data models including relationships, validation, security roles, and business rules; optimize for performance and delegation.
• Develop complex Power Automate cloud flows including multi-stage approvals, parallel approvals, escalation paths, and robust exception handling.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint (lists/libraries) as data source and document storage; implement secure file upload/download patterns.
