• 🔹 Provide ongoing legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters, including agreements, regulation and compliance issues in foreign jurisdictions;
• 🔹 Review and negotiate agreements with service providers, partners, and merchants;
• 🔹 Conduct legal research regarding PSP, PI, EMI operation, AML and KYC requirements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
• 🔹 Onboarding of service providers and merchants;
• 🔹 Collecting, analyzing, processing and updating KYC documents of merchants;
