• Design and maintain workload models and develop load test scenarios using Apache JMeter and Grafana k6
• Plan and execute performance tests to evaluate scalability, stability, and system behavior under different load conditions
• Analyze response times, throughput, error rates, and distributed traces in New Relic to identify bottlenecks and root causes of performance degradation
• Correlate load test results with application and infrastructure metrics across API, authentication, integration, and infrastructure layers
• Prepare and run data-loading scenarios across Salesforce and AWS integrations
