Senior Operations Specialist, Fleets & Vehicles

• You have at least one year of experience in data analysis and transforming complex datasets into clear, data-driven insights that support decisions. You are highly proficient with data and reporting tools (e.g. Google Sheets, dashboards, BI tools like Looker or similar).
• You have at least one year of experience in operations, process improvement, and building processes from scratch.
• You have a solid understanding of the business landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis — you think strategically and align your analyses with business goals.
• You’re fluent in English and Ukrainian and possess good communication, collaboration, negotiation and networking skills.
• Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative to challenges and a strong sense of ownership.
