Payment Operations Specialist

Що робити

• Monitor and support client payment operations, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Identify and resolve transaction-processing issues, analyzing root causes and conducting troubleshooting in line with internal procedures.
• Respond promptly to PSP downtime and unplanned technical maintenance, including disabling or switching payment providers when necessary.
• Liaise with PSPs during investigations, providing transaction details, error messages, client screenshots, and other supporting data.
• Act as the primary point of contact for active PSPs, communicating via Telegram, email, and other messengers.
