- Project and Task Execution
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects — diagnose, decide, and deliver without handoffs
- Execute high-priority projects from brief to completion with full ownership of delivery
- Track all active projects, flag delays early, and proactively push work to completion
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across marketing, operations, and tech
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years in operations/ COO role, preferably in marketing/digital marketing/affiliate
- Notion expert — you build, structure, and maintain systems in it
- Proven experience building and rolling out SOPs across teams
- Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects without compromising quality
- Solid understanding of marketing and growth operations
