- Analyze the existing network infrastructure, including configurations, connectivity, VPNs, security policies, and potential vulnerabilities.
- Design and implement a Cisco-based network architecture covering routing, switching, segmentation, and security.
- Develop and coordinate the migration strategy, including configuration backups, deployment phases, maintenance windows, and rollback procedures.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between existing MikroTik devices and newly introduced Cisco equipment during the transition.
- Configure secure site-to-site connections and support the migration of remote-access VPN solutions.
Що очікуємо
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment, including routing, switching, and IOS/IOS XE configuration.
- Practical experience with MikroTik RouterOS, including VLANs, bridging, routing, firewall rules, NAT, and VPN configuration.
- Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts, including STP/RSTP, LACP, VLANs, IP addressing, and routing protocols.
- Experience implementing network security measures such as ACLs, firewall policies, NAT, and secure administrative access.
- Good knowledge of IPsec/IKEv2 VPN technologies, including policy-based and route-based configurations.
