- Lead the development of key backend modules within the Fintech Core platform
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET and ASP.NET Core
- Design and evolve microservice-based solutions and distributed architectures
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and gRPC integrations
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to the overall system architecture
Що очікуємо
- 6+ years of commercial experience with .NET backend development
- Experience with fintech, banking, or payment systems
- Experience leading engineers as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Engineer with ownership responsibilities
- Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and supporting technical growth
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
