We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing activities, strengthen our online presence, and drive predictable inbound lead generation.
In this role, you will take ownership of our digital marketing operations, including website performance, SEO, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and marketing analytics. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining all company marketing materials, from corporate presentations and service brochures to sales enablement content and client-facing marketing assets.
You will work closely with our CMO to translate marketing strategy into actionable plans, coordinate internal specialists and external contractors, and ensure that every marketing initiative contributes to measurable business results.
We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, understands the specifics of B2B IT services marketing, and can build efficient processes rather than simply manage individual marketing activities.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within IT services, software development, Salesforce consulting, or other technology-driven companies.
Proven experience managing multiple digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, inbound marketing, and the full marketing funnel, from website visitors to MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and closed deals.
Experience managing corporate websites, developing service landing pages, improving conversion rates, and coordinating website development activities.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, keyword research, and content optimization.
Experience developing and executing content marketing plans, including blog articles, case studies, service pages, lead magnets, and other marketing materials.
Ability to plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across different channels with a clear focus on lead generation and business outcomes.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze marketing performance, identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience coordinating marketing specialists, external contractors, and cross-functional teams, including SEO experts, content writers, designers, developers, and lead generation specialists.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives, establish clear processes, manage deadlines, and ensure consistent execution.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with sales teams and company leadership.
Proven experience in developing and preparing a wide range of B2B marketing materials, including sales presentations, pitch decks, company profiles, service brochures, case studies, and promotional content.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create compelling, professional, and audience-specific marketing content in English.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts and service offerings into clear, persuasive marketing messages tailored to different target audiences.
Experience collaborating with sales teams and subject matter experts to develop marketing and sales enablement materials that support business development activities.
Advanced English (C1 or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to independently produce high-quality, client-facing marketing materials in English.
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, B2B IT services, or international technology markets will be considered a significant advantage.
