Що робити

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance:
Provide legal support for obtaining MiCA and VASP licenses across multiple EU and EEA jurisdictions and onboarding new regions.
Advise the business on MiCA licensing, DORA requirements, and other applicable regulatory obligations.
Manage the preparation, review, and submission of filings, applications, and regulatory correspondence to authorities.
Coordinate with local lawyers and regulators, maintain licenses, manage renewals and periodic reporting, and support negotiations with regulatory authorities.

Що очікуємо

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; international legal competency is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international corporate, financial, regulatory, or IT law, ideally within blockchain technology, fintech, or digital asset markets.
Proven experience in:
Establishing and supporting foreign corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions.
Managing licensing projects involving MiCA, VASP, EMI, PSP, or similar regulatory frameworks.
